Frequently asked questions
For claims related to lost or damaged shipments, please contact Pegasus Cargo operations control department. You can also send an e-mail to cargo@pegasusiraq.com And for claims we need:
- Letter of claim issued, signed and stamped by the shipper or consignee as recorded on the airway bill (letter of claim should clearly describe the problem, the reason for the claim, and the amount claimed)
- Master Airway Bill
- Commercial Invoice (except for personal belongings)
- Packing List
- Authorization Certificate (if the compensation claim is laid by third parties)
